Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Zanqira, the competitive-intelligence service operated by Zanqira LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

1. The service

Zanqira monitors publicly available business information selected by customers, organizes relevant changes, and provides automated summaries and analysis. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and activity in your workspace.

3. Trials and subscriptions

Trial availability, subscription periods, prices, and included usage are shown on the Pricing page or an applicable order form. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected period unless canceled before renewal. Except where required by law or stated in an order form, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security, circumvent usage limits, upload malicious code, misappropriate non-public data, or use the service for unlawful surveillance or anti-competitive conduct.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you provide and grant Zanqira a limited right to host and process it to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.

6. AI and intelligence outputs

Automated analysis may be incomplete or incorrect. It is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or investment advice. Verify material information before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

Zanqira and its licensors own the service, software, design, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription.

8. Third-party services

Connected third-party services are governed by their own terms. Zanqira is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Zanqira does not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of automated outputs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zanqira will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Zanqira LLC from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your customer data, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Zanqira's own breach or misconduct.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Zanqira may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, and each party consents to their personal jurisdiction and venue.

14. General terms

These Terms and any applicable order form are the entire agreement concerning the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Zanqira's consent; Zanqira may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets.
