Each distinct competitor or organisation you monitor counts as one tracked company, no matter how many of their pages, repos or profiles we watch. Starter includes 3, Pro includes 10 (extra at $15/mo each), and Enterprise is unlimited.
Correct. The 14-day trial is full-featured on Pro and needs no card up front. You’ll typically see your first synthesised competitive read within the first day of adding competitors.
Nothing breaks. If you haven’t added a payment method, your workspace drops to a read-only state and we keep your data for 30 days, so you can pick up exactly where you left off when you’re ready to subscribe.
No. Monthly billing is available on Starter and Pro with no lock-in, so you can cancel anytime. Annual billing simply saves you roughly 10%. Enterprise runs on a custom annual agreement scoped to your organisation.
Enterprise is quoted per organisation and fully customizable based on the number of competitors and the controls you need: SSO, audit logs and a signed DPA. Book a demo and we’ll scope it with you, usually within a couple of days.
In Europe (Germany) by default. Zanqira is GDPR-native, and Enterprise customers get explicit EU data residency, a signed DPA and GDPR Article 28 compliance as standard.
