Zanqira LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. We act as the controller of information collected through our website and business relationship. When we process workspace information solely on a customer's instructions, we act as that customer's service provider or processor.

2. Information we process
We may process account and profile details, billing and transaction records, product settings, support messages, usage data, device and connection information, and the public competitor information a customer asks the service to monitor. We receive this information from users, their organizations, service providers, and public sources.
3. Purposes of processing
We process information to provide and secure the service, administer subscriptions, authenticate users, respond to requests, improve product performance, comply with law, prevent misuse, and send marketing communications where permitted or consented to.
4. Public-source intelligence
